3SG Senior Leaders Network - May

Our Senior Leaders Network takes place every month and is a great opportunity to meet fellow Trustees and Senior Managers from 3rd Sector organisations across Bath and North East Somerset. It will consist of an hour and 15 minutes of learning, networking and information sharing.

This month it's taking place on Thursday 27th May from 2pm - 3.15pm. Depending on the weather we hope to be able to carry out this event in person at the Botanical Gardens (Meet by Temple of Minerva), Royal Victoria Park, Bath BA1 2YA. We will confirm in advance whether the event can take place in person or online via zoom.

Places strictly limited to 30 to comply with Covid regulations.

There will be a particular focus on the topic of health and wellbeing of staff, as we recognise that this is paramount during this time. Wesport, our local Active Partnership will be offering advice on how we can improve our mental health through physical activity as well as giving guidance on the support available to employers to build an ‘Active Working’ culture within their organisation.

The core aim of our Senior Leaders Network is to:

• Make new contacts and build your network
• Get peer support and advice
• Gain knowledge about what’s happening in other organisations
• Identify shared areas of interest and maybe even opportunities to collaborate
