Workshop Objective

The aim of the workshop is to raise awareness of Community-Led Housing and Community Land Trusts and encourage those who might be interested in taking new projects forward.

Goals

To help participants:

  • understand models of Community-Led Housing, including Community Land Trusts and how they can deliver affordable housing and protect valued community assets
  • share experiences and learn from existing examples in Bristol and other emerging projects in and around BANES
  • identify others who may be interested in setting up a community-led housing or CLT project in the area

Directions

The event is taking place at Fairfield House. The address is: 2 Kelston Rd, Bath BA1 3QJ, UK and access is via Partis Way with free parking available. Accessible toilets and a lift is available at the venue. Parking is limited so please only drive if you have no other alternative.
