About the Event
This event is part of the BaNES Social Enterprise Programme* of events. It's free and open to all, however spaces are limited. This workshop is being run by 3SG in partnership with Williamstowe, Bath & West Community Energy & Transition Bath. The free lunch will be served after the workshop finishes at 1pm.
Workshop Objective
The workshop aims to help organisations start planning for how they can reduce their own carbon footprint and support the decarbonisation of Bath & North East Somerset.
This is simple first steps, participatory workshop to help participants to think through the decarbonisation of their organisation, pointing them to useful resources and helping them to plan some actions.
Goals
- To introduce participants to ways in which they could reduce the carbon footprint of their organisation.
- To help participants to start developing an action plan to reduce their organisation’s carbon footprint.
- To signpost participants to useful information, support and resources to help them implement their plan.
- To discuss with participants ideas for how their organisations can contribute to the decarbonisation of Bath & North East Somerset.
The event is taking place at Fairfield House. The address is: 2 Kelston Rd, Bath BA1 3QJ, UK and access is via Partis Way with free parking available. Accessible toilets and a lift is available at the venue. Parking is limited so please only drive if you have no other alternative.
