About the Event

100% of your charity’s performance is a result of how well your people design, operate and continuously improve your processes. Whether or not you’re considering a digital strategy, you will need to get your current processes “in order” before investing in new technology. If you know you need to make a step-change in performance, you will only be able to do that by changing your processes.

This webinar will:

 - explain a step-by-step approach for process improvement

 - how to get started

 - share some case study examples from non-profit organisations.

Ian Seath is a Director of Improvement Skills Consulting and a charity trustee. Ian’s consulting experience covers the private, public, and voluntary sectors and he has worked with Boards, Managers and Front-line Staff.  He works as a Coach, Facilitator, Project Leader and Trainer to help organisations improve customer/beneficiary satisfaction, reduce process cycle-times, drive out waste and actively engage staff in continuous performance improvement.
