Senior Leaders' Network - How to be more innovative in 2023

We hold a monthly Senior Leaders Network for our members, which we aim to alternate between in-person and online to accommodate different individuals' preferences. This month we will hear from local charities Mercy In Action, We Hear You (WHY) & Dorothy House who will share their experiences of innovating and diversifying their income stream to adapt to the challenging landscape.

Senior Leaders take many forms in the third sector, from CEOs to Trustees and Volunteers generously giving their time, so please do come along or check out our other networks!

The core aim of our Senior Leaders Network is to:

·        Make new contacts and build your network

·        Get peer support and advice

·        Gain knowledge about what’s happening in other organisations

·        Identify shared areas of interest and maybe even opportunities to collaborate
