This workshop is being run by 3SG in partnership with Common Capital, Social Enterprise UK and Clive Vergnaud from Stone King.

To help participants:
- understand the various considerations and choices when it comes to setting up a social enterprise
- consider which arrangement is best for them in terms of legal form, governance and structure
- explore the process of setting up a business and next steps
