About the Event

This event is part of the BaNES Social Enterprise Programme of events. It's free and open to all, however spaces are limited.

This workshop is being run by 3SG in partnership with Common Capital, Social Enterprise UK and Clive Vergnaud from Stone King.

Workshop Objective

The aim of the workshop is to help social entrepreneurs understand the legal, governance and ownership structure options when it comes to setting up a business

Goals

To help participants:

  • understand the various considerations and choices when it comes to setting up a social enterprise
  • consider which arrangement is best for them in terms of legal form, governance and structure
  • explore the process of setting up a business and next steps

The event is taking place at Fairfield House. The address is: 2 Kelston Rd, Bath BA1 3QJ, UK and access is via Partis Way with free parking available. Accessible toilets and a lift is available at the venue. Parking is limited so please only drive if you have no other alternative.
