Technology Audits: Ensuring Your Charity Has the Right Tools for Success
Is your charity using the best digital tools for the job? In this one-hour Lunch & Learn, discover how a technology audit can help you assess key platforms like CRMs, marketing tools, and AI solutions. Many charities face challenges such as disjointed tool use, over-reliance on spreadsheets, or low confidence in digital tools across teams. This session will guide you through evaluating your current setup, aligning it with your goals, and boosting your team's digital confidence. Leave with practical steps to ensure your technology is working for you, no matter your level of expertise.
Chloe Parker: Charity Database Consultant. Chloe has been working with charities and their data since 2015. She's passionate about demystifying data and reporting and making it into something everyone can do rather than just ‘techy’ people. She's reported many people she's worked with in the charity sector go from being afraid of using tech to being confident in their reporting and data abilities.

Our Lunch & Learn series aims to help facilitate the sharing of knowledge, experiences, and best practices across the local Third Sector. We believe that by sharing this information, we can all make a greater positive impact in our local communities. We hope that by attending these sessions, you will learn new things, get inspired, and connect with like-minded individuals locally. We also encourage you to share your own knowledge and experiences during the session, as we'll have at least 15 minutes for Q&A. Please feel free to have your lunch or grab a cuppa for this informal session.
