Trustees' Week - Open Conversation assessing Challenges and Opportunities

Trustees' Week takes place from 6th-10th November 2023 - this is a chance for us to celebrate Trustees, but also to come together, connect with other Trustees and those who work with Trustees, reflect on the role and assess challenges and opportunities.

Jenny Perez, Trustee of 3SG, will facilitate a session alongside Becky Brooks, Director of 3SG, covering a variety of Trustee related topics. This session is open to any Trustees and those who work alongside Trustees, CEO’s and Senior Managers.

It’s an online coffee session of just 45 minutes where we’d like to hear your views on some of the following areas:-

* Challenges around recruitment and retention of Trustees

* Being aware of finances/responsibilities including reserves

* Importance of charity boards

* Diversity and younger people as Trustees - what can we do to support this?

* What can 3SG do in 2024 to offer support around the subject of Trustees?
