Volunteers' Week Q&A: Best Practice in Volunteer Management

Volunteers’ Week is an annual celebration of the contribution millions of people make across the UK through volunteering in their communities. Volunteers' Week celebates its 40th anniversay from June 3rd-7th, and to mark the occassion we are hosting a special, informal Q&A session to discuss all things volunteer management. 

Whether you're leading a small team or coordinating a large-scale effort, join us for this fun and informative online session on Wednesday 5th June, 11:30am - 12:15

We'll cover everything from recruiting and training, to keeping volunteers motivated and engaged. Our Project Manager, Toni Green, is here to answer questions and share their best practices, all in a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. She will be bringing her years of experience as a volunteer herself, as well as her extensive experience managing over 200 volunteers in her previous role at Share and Repair.
