We looking to recruit an exceptional individual with drive and experience for the role of Service Manager.


A key appointment for DHI, the role requires experience of leading and managing adult treatment services.


With responsibility for the line management of a multi-disciplinary team and for the performance of sub-contracted providers, you will require excellent people and performance management skills. In addition, you will be expected to have knowledge of Child Protection and Adult Safeguarding.

The post holder will work closely with commissioners, DHI’s Clinical Lead and Treatment Services Director, specialist sub-contracted partners and other stakeholders to deliver a safe, integrated, highly accessible, treatment service.
