The role

We are looking for a well-organised Administration Assistant to support the smooth running of our advice service. As an Administration Assistant, you will support staff and volunteers, look after the work environment and deal with enquiries.

 

You may be expected to handle the triaging of referrals from our partner organisations. These include MacmillanDorothy HouseMS Society and Bath Mind,

About us

Each local Citizens Advice office is an independent charity. We provide quality assured advice and information services across Bath and NE Somerset, which covers the city of Bath, several smaller towns and the surrounding rural area.

 

Our advice is free, confidential, independent and impartial. We also use our first-hand knowledge of the problems our clients are facing to campaign for changes to policy and practices that affect their lives.

Salary:

£18,895 pro rata

Hours:

15 hours per week (to be worked over 2-3 days)

Contract Type:

30 months, though may be extended, subject to continued funding
