The 3SG Director role is a pivotal position within our organisation.


As Director, you will be the public face of 3SG and will lead on all aspects of activity to support the third sector in BaNES - this includes membership, partnerships, governance, finance, engagement, corporate sponsorships, events planning, income generation and fundraising.


A key part of the role is ensuring our members, trustees, partners and funders are supported effectively by 3SG which aligns with our mission to be a coordinating ambassador for the third sector in BaNES.


Working with us


We have a small but perfectly formed team who manage the day-to-day running of 3SG and are ably supported by our trustees.


This role is primarily office-based working at Fairfield House, Bath with occasional remote working or hot-desking at the Community Wellbeing Hub in Peasedown St John.


Due to the nature of this role, it is a full-time position however we can offer flexible working arrangements to help people to juggle their commitments around the role.


This role will be accompanied by a competitive salary, workplace Pension Scheme (5% Employer Contribution), skills and continuing professional development training, 28 days holiday entitlement (increasing to 29 days in year 2 and 30 days in year 3) and enhanced sick leave provision. You will also be provided with a work laptop and phone.
