We are excited to announce that we are looking for a motivated, compassionate, enthusiastic and, ideally, experienced Furniture Manager to lead and grow the Furniture Shop social enterprise.

To succeed in this role you are likely to have the following:

• Excellent communication and team working skills

• Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills

• Empathetic and enthusiastic nature

• Excellent and demonstrable sales, business development and leadership skills

• Experience in all or some of the following – retail management, online retailing, furniture sales, furniture market, second-hand furniture market

• A desire to support people in need
