Do you have fantastic people skills and also love working with farm animals? Are you passionate about the therapeutic benefits of nature-based interventions in mental health? This opportunity to become part of the team at Bath City Farm could be for you!


We are looking for someone who has both the skills and experience to support people who have a mental health diagnosis, and has great skills, knowledge and confidence in animal care.


This is an exciting role which supports the delivery of the Farm’s successful Roots to Health project using nature-based interventions to support people to improve their physical, mental and social wellbeing. The post holder will help deliver the Farm’s Animal Care Project specifically tailored for people living with a mental health diagnosis. This role will work alongside the Livestock Coordinator, Adult Programme Manager and the Farm’s Mental Health Programme Lead to offer suitable animal care activities for a wide range of abilities.
