Bath City Farm is recruiting for a Project Assistant to support the delivery of one of the farms targeted projects, Earthworks. The project is a personal development and therapeutic group for people living with learning and physical disabilities to engage in meaningful volunteering and training opportunities in horticulture, animal care and other nature-based activities. The group also cooks up and shares a healthy lunch using produce grown by the group.

We are seeking an enthusiastic, caring and motivated individual to work alongside the Project Co-ordinator supporting participants to engage in activities and get the best from their placements.
