Fancy joining our small and vibrant team at a time when our service is more important than ever?

This is a fantastic opportunity to be a part of a unique charity that is peer led and focussed on the wellbeing of its members and service users. We are looking to employ a person Full-time (37.5 hours per week) to be responsible for developing and delivering the Cost of Living Peer Response Support Group Service, offered by Changes Bristol as part of Bristol’s One City response to the Cost of Living Crisis.

This is a varied and wide-ranging role with significant responsibility in the charity. The Cost of Living Response peer support service is in its early stages, and will require development into a service of around 20 support groups, facilitated by approximately 45 volunteers and 2 staff Project Workers. Developing and managing the service, you will be required to recruit, train and supervise volunteers, as well as line managing the Deputy Services Manager and some Project Workers. You will be required to work collaboratively in partnership with the advice services and welcome spaces that also form key elements of the Cost of Living response.

About Changes Bristol

Changes Bristol is a mental health charity that provides a service to those suffering mental distress in greater Bristol. We also run a befriending service for those who need one-to-one support.

We’re a small vibrant team, and we consider our service to be essential to the population of Bristol and wish to maintain, improve and expand our service in the coming years.
