SWALLOW is an expanding local charity based in Westfield, carrying out our work within Bath and North East Somerset since 1993. This role provides an exciting opportunity to make a direct, positive difference to local teenagers and adults with learning disabilities.

This is an exciting opportunity to join the senior team at SWALLOW Charity. You will be responsible for overseeing one of our supported housing services in Midsomer Norton and the overall care and support of the tenants living there.

35 hours per week
Incl. sleep-ins and weekend/overnight duty manager responsibilities (additional payment) 
Salary starting at £18,909 – rising to £21,075 plus generous benefits
