As an Outreach Worker for the Wiltshire Autism Hub you will work with autistic people across Wiltshire in the community. You will be experienced in supporting people in a personalised way, both on a one to one basis as well as in a group setting and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will need to be able to work flexibly, planning and prioritising your workload effectively as no two days are ever the same.
You will have knowledge and experience of in working in partnership with organisations and services across Wiltshire.
The Wiltshire Autism Hub is in its third year and is funded by the National Lottery through the National Lottery Community Fund.

Based from home but you will be required to travel across the County of Wiltshire.
