You must be able to balance the bigger picture with an eye for detail, and be able to translate ideas and vision in to reality through the development of robust financial planning, efficient systems and controls.

You will be a highly skilled communicator, capable of building strong internal and external relationships. As a member of the Senior Leadership Team, you will play a significant role in the future development of Bath Spa SU by providing high-quality strategic advice and timely performance reports to the Board of Trustees, CEO and key stakeholders.

You will understand the importance of delivering and demonstrating our impact to a constantly changing and diverse membership.
