I can't believe it has been two years at 3SG already. Moving into this Sector has been both challenging and incredibly rewarding for me - and I feel very grateful to be surrounded by some incredible organisations and people who are achieving so much for the good of others, often with limited resources. The Third Sector in B&NES is strong, and whilst the landscape is difficult to navigate at times, we are better for working together and supporting one another.
To that end, I'd like to say thanks to the amazing team here at 3SG for their hard work and dedication - and to the 3SG board of Trustees for their support and guidance. They make it truly wonderful to come to work every day. Here's to the year ahead.
