That’s why we are delighted to invite you to take part in our Leadership Development Programme under Social Economy West. This programme is designed to equip 3rd sector leaders with the skills, insights, and adaptability needed to navigate today’s challenges and achieve greater impact and environmental and financial sustainability.

Programme Overview
Led by Sarah Williment, Founder of The Questioning Iris Co., an experienced organisational development consultant who has been supporting 3SG BaNES and working with charities and social enterprises, this programme will offer:
· Four interactive, in-person modules (three hours each)
· Four virtual check-ins (one hour each) to reflect and apply learning
· A highly participatory approach, focusing on real-world leadership challenges and reflective learning
Who is this for?
This programme is designed for leaders looking to:
Strengthen their ability to navigate uncertainty and drive economic resilience & environmental sustainability
Enhance their leadership agility to support their teams effectively
Gain new leadership insights, frameworks, and practical tools for daily application

This will be an interactive and engaging journey, fostering rich conversations, shared learning, and practical strategies that can be applied immediately.
